A day long project! <3
Both are my characters I had that are named Abel (White Snake) and Dylan (Human/Traveler). The White Snake is a half human and half snake who (with Abel's family) was banished from the town at a young age as mythical creatures were frowned upon. Unfortunately at the age of thirteen Abel's parents were slaughtered and thus lived alone growing up. That's where Dylan comes in. He grew up in a rich family up to the age of eight but was kidnapped. Now he knows what his parents look like but he doesn't at all remember where he lives. So when he was twenty-five he decided to travel and along the way discovers many things about himself. This included his ability to control or summon fire and he could easily eavesdrop into people's conversations from many miles away (which makes it difficult to focus). However one night Dylan was attacked by wolves when he was walking in the woods, and Abel was out in search of glowing mushrooms for a recipe he was working on-- which is how they meet.
Anyway this image shows the moment they are about to take their first kiss after it was revealed that Abel was a snake and Dylan confesses his powers. Of course this is after many months of Dylan deciding to stay. Hence after a little bit of tug and war in the pond by Abel's house, it came down to that sweet, slow and meaningful moment of their first kiss under the moonlight.
And yes, Abel as two tails. One is short and the other very long but they can merge into one if needed.
